Steps to Process a Warranty Claim

1. Click on the online form to submit online or click on download to print a copy of the claim form

2. Attach a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase

3. If your trampoline was purchased through one of our distributors, please contact them directly. We can only process warranty claims this way when the trampoline has been purchased from Trampled Underfoot Ltd, ASDA or FOCUS

4. Please attach an image of the damaged item

5. If you are unable to send the claim form by email then please post to:

6. Please allow up to 72 hours for Trampled Underfoot Ltd to process your claim

7. Please note that once processed the dispatch of a successful claim can take 3 working days from dispatch (within mainland UK)

Weather damage, damage caused by unauthorized repair work or damage caused by improper use of the products is not covered by the product warranty.

Missing Items from your Order

If you are missing any items from your order then please complete a warranty claim form as instructed above.

On the claim form please state the model name and number of your trampoline as well as the size. Include a detailed list of the items that are missing - please refer to the exploded parts drawing list at the back of your instruction manual for part key numbers and names.

You will receive your missing items within 3 working days of submitting your claim.

Warranty Time Periods

The warranty periods vary depending on which trampoline you have.

Our website has a detailed chart for each model which states the different warranty periods.

TThe ASDA and FOCUS trampolines have a 12 month warranty period on all parts.
