Excellent product

I brought this trampoline with circus tent for my 6 yr olds daughters birthday. She has used it almost non stop and in all kinds of weather. It was fairly easy to construct,with clear instructions and is very sturdy. I received excellent communication and customer service from Trampled underfoot. So all round I am very pleased with the product and service.

A tiny weeny bit disappointed

This trampoline is superior quality to any of those cheap ones....it is so clear going from a friends cheapy to this that the design and build is in a different class. I had one disappointment with mine...the net started fraying and came away from the zip within only a week of use. I had to claim on the warranty for a new net. This was very easy to do, trampled under foot were fast to communicate and send a replacement net no fuss. I have had the trampoline tent on for 4 months outside now and the colour has faded and it is starting the rip away from the seams at the bottom but I guess this is just to be expected as it is left outside all weather. Overall the trampoline and tent has provided many hours of entertainment for my only 2 year old. The quality of the trampoline means jumping is a little harder for very little kids but I'm sure it will provide years more of entertainment as my kids grow. Very pleased with customer service they were top class, just a few little niggles with the product.

Excellent customer service from Tramapled Underfoot who called as soon as the order was placed to confirm and discuss delivery. The trampoline is well made with an excellent amount of jump space for our 5 yr old - very happy
